The 3rd annual root beer-tasting party was held last weekend, Saturday, June 21. By all accounts it was a smashing success. We had root beer; we had tasting. And as far as I could tell, good times were had by all, as demonstrated by the photos below.
One of our major advertisements for the party is that we had a marriage come out of the first. There was a fair amount of socializing, so we're keeping our fingers crossed.Our list of root beers was quite varied, and included (but was not limited to) Barq's, Howie's, Teddy's, Bulldog, 365, Natural Draft Brew, Sprechers, and Mug (last year's winner). People were happy to sample and voice their opinions. The crowd favorite this year was Teddy's.
Milskie, Meg and I all hope to have another fabulous tasting next year. Thanks to all who attended.

Sounds like fun. Ever tried Root 66 rootbeer? or Virgils? Maybe I'll bring some to Utah for you. Did I tell you we're coming to Utah? July 11-20. What are you up to?
