Medicare's Around the Corner

I don't know how other people measure the passing of time and how they start to know they're getting old, but I've just found a new one for me.

Bill Haverchuck, aka Bill the Stud, aka Martin Starr the actor, was on an episode of Community last week.  But not as a student.  As.A.Professor!

Yep, this guy

is now old enough to play a college professor.  As evidenced below {he's the one in the blazer and beard}.

Seeing this literally threw me for a loop and caused me to believe I had entered some very weird time leap.  But no.  I just got old.  Yep, "Freaks and Geeks" was on television over 10 years ago.

Next thing you know people will be telling me Jim Carrey is a grandfather.

Wait.  What?!

P.S.  For those other "Freaks and Geeks" fans out there, you should check out this video, if you haven't already.  It's pretty sweet.

I loved Freaks and Geeks! So sad it only lasted for one season. And I totally had the same experience when I saw the kid who played the little brother (was his name Sam?) playing an adult on an episode of Bones. Seriously Marie, it's like the longer I know you the more I realize that we heart the same awesome things.
