Happy 18th!

Today is a special day. Do you know why? Mostly because this handsome devil is turning 18.

Yep, that's right. My dad, former DJ and all-around awesome fella, is having a real birthday. And he's finally an adult! I have been blessed to know many good men in my life, but the first was my dad. I know not everyone gets as great a father as I have, so I'd like to show part of my appreciation by letting you all know a bit more about him.

• He loves popcorn. Loves.It. And has passed this on to his family.
• When my sisters and I were little, he would joke around and call us Josephina Winklewonk. I don't know where he came up with that name, but I've always loved it.
• He used to surprise me when I was in junior high by showing up and taking me out to lunch. Those were great days.
• He has never watched a Super Bowl. Ever.
• He lets me tag along to BYU games sometimes, so I can join him in cheering on our Cougars.
