And the runners-up are . . .

Once again I must stir up my creative juices and come up with a suitable Halloween costume.  Actually - costumes.  But that's okay because I love it.  And because I've already decided {insert devilish grin}.

But let's look over the options that I passed over.  Perhaps it will help each of you as you try to decide who or what to dress up as this year.

Flo - The Progessive Spokeswoman
Since I work in an insurance-related field and since she's become increasingly popular, I thought Flo would be a good choice.  There's enough physical similarities that putting the costume together would be pretty easy.  But I just wasn't feeling it.

 Lady D'Winter
This was actually a late entrant because I only thought of it when I learned what my three little nephews are going to be - the three musketeers.  I know, uber adorable.  And as I'm going to be with them for Halloween, I thought I could coordinate with them.  But finding a dress worthy of m'lady would be hard on short notice.

 Collette Reardon
This one I may still do because it's just so dang awesome.  If you don't know who Collette is, then you missed out on one of Cheri Oteri's best characters on SNL.  As with my Tammy Faye idea for last year, this is a great one because you don't have to look good.  In fact, the more messed up you look, the better.  Plus, it would give me a reason to carry around a bag full of prescription meds all day.

The official unveiling of my real costumes will happen the beginning of November.

Happy dressing up.
